Treadmill - 35 minutes / 1.8 miles

3/18/18:
Start Weight - 266 lbs

1st Goal: 250 lbs
2nd Goal: 235 lbs
3rd Goal: 215 lbs
4th Goal: 200 lbs
5th Goal: 190 lbs
6th Goal: 175 lbs
Target Weight: 158lbs
