Mindset Quest: Write 5 Individual Goals
Who I want to Be:
I am somebody that runs 5k more than once a year and eats paleo one meal a day.
How I am getting there:
1: I will add vegetables to one meal a day.
2: I will try one new recipe a week.
3: I will run three days a week.
4: I will sign up for two 5k's before summer
5: I will drink more water.
